As young families, we loved the excellent location of the hotel. The complimentary coffee bar in the restaurant area was a great perk. The breakfast was substantial and provided a good start to the day. The complimentary travel pass for the city was incredibly handy and saved us money on transportation.

By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Geneva, had much fun. I have just spent 2 days in double room and I enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was not far from tram routes and Geneva lake and all shops and supermarkets.

This hotel is great location just in front of the train station in a nice area, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection that includes cold meats/cheeses, cereals, pancakes/pastries, juices, fruit, yogurt. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I loved the modern and trendy decor of Ibis Styles. The location is superb, just across the street from the train station and the complimentary train ticket to the airport was very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of items, especially the delicious crepes with Nutella. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, right across from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location couldn't be more convenient with its position directly opposite Geneva's bustling train station. It made exploring the city incredibly easy, and despite its proximity, the noise was hardly noticeable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The complimentary public transport tickets provided on check-in were a thoughtful touch, making it even easier to explore the city. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, especially the comfortable beds which made for a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast provided was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

The hotel also offers great service, as mentioned by previous guests who received assistance from the friendly and helpful staff. Furthermore, the breakfast provided is diverse and caters to different tastes.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of room service during the stay. Guests mentioned that their rooms were not cleaned and towels were not replenished.

This hotel is located at the perfect location for travellers who want to explore the city on foot or arrive by train or plane. The hotel is situated in the center of the city, within walking distance to most of the sights and restaurants. A few steps away is a train station where you can easily travel to the airport. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and the breakfast has a good variety. Free transport tickets and complimentary drinks are provided.

There were slight noise issues in some of the rooms, but nothing too disruptive.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Styles hotel in Geneva. The location is perfect, just across the street from the train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. The room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed, TV with British channels, and amenities like a hairdryer and shower gel provided. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly, assisting me with any queries and even printing my train tickets. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options including coffee, fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cakes available throughout the day. The hotel also surprised me on my birthday with chocolates and a mini prosecco in my room, a lovely touch. I had a fantastic experience at the Ibis Styles hotel and would highly recommend it.

One drawback I experienced was that my luggage got stuck in the hotel luggage area and I couldn't access it before my early morning flight. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk to provide me with an access code.
